Twas the beginning of darkness.
All around was dead.
It was the birth of a new age-cold and lonely
For I did not see what I had become nor understand
the possibilities that could come about.
Life had changed and there was no way of stopping it.
Everything was different nothing was the same.
I just sat in one spot and did not move
not even a breath.
